RA Officer

• Up to date law concerned with food safety
• Preparing the documents for registration/renewal to FDA
• Check product formulation and ingredient to ensure regulatory compliance before register or renewal products (SB.) with Thai FDA
• Prepare and check information for declaration on label according to regulatory (domestic and oversea regulatory)
• Provide document for registration HALAL / JAKIM system Update
• Maintain and check register document (SB.) and food labelling for ensure information up to date and regulatory compliance.
• Be a member of the food safety team
• Report issues, information, and suggestions regarding food safety to supervisors.
• Responsible for various tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Male/female, age 25- 30 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
• At least 3 years experience for handling product registration to FDA
• Ability to communicate on english
• Can work at Prathumthani Province

Chinese interpreter

• To translate verbal communications, usually in real time. This can include speeches at conferences and events, meetings, classes and training sessions, or individual communications between two people or small groups of people.
• To translate written communications. These can include anything from documents and forms to meeting notes to emails to presentations.
• Acting as a liaison between two parties, the interpreters facilitate communications by assisting clients on behalf of their company. This can include helping them understand documents and information given out by the company, assisting them in filling out forms and paperwork and answering questions or addressing concerns on behalf of the client.
• To document and record interactions and translations. This includes recording in-person interactions as well as phone conversations and taking meeting minutes.

• Female/Male, age 22-30 years
• Can listen, speak, read and write Chinese well (has HSK test results of 5 *special consideration from the company*)
• Able to work under pressure and have flexibility in working hours.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Quality Control(Production Line)

• Responsible for controlling and inspecting product quality during the production process to ensure that it meets specified standards.
• Responsible for sampling during the product manufacturing process and final product to check microbiological quality.
• Responsible for inspecting raw materials before mixing (Mixing) in the mixing section and before boiling (Cooking) in the kitchen section To ensure that the raw materials used are correct. Both the type of raw materials, the amount used, the smell and color correspond to the formulas specified in the M3 system.
• Responsible for inspecting the preparation of packaging for use in production to meet the specified standards.
• Responsible for controlling and indicating the status of products that do not conform to the requirements according to the operating manual.
• Check the concentration of chemicals used in the CIP process of the mixing and pasteurization sections.

• Male / Female, 22-25 yrs of age graduated with a Vocational Certificate or higher.
• Able to work on shifts (morning shift 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., afternoon shift 7:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.) *not including OT
• Experience in quality control and inspection on food industry.
• Have knowledge in GMP, HACCP, HALAL
